This 470 W module uses N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells in a 96-cell (6×16) layout, achieving up to 23.5% module efficiency. At STC it delivers around 470 W Pmax, with Vmpp ~31.47 V, Impp ~14.95 A, Voc ~36.60 V and Isc ~15.93 A, giving a low-voltage, high-current profile well suited to modern 1,500 V string designs and high-power inverters.

The dual-glass bifacial construction (3.2 mm fully-tempered front glass with AR coating + 2.0 mm heat-strengthened rear glass) improves mechanical strength, resistance to micro-cracks and long-term durability compared with conventional backsheet modules. The module is rated for test loads up to 8,100 Pa front / 3,600 Pa rear, with design loads of 5,400 Pa / 2,400 Pa, and is certified to hail class HW4 (40 mm ice balls at 100 km/h), making it suitable for exposed and harsh sites.

Physically, the DM470G12RT-B48HBW has a compact format of approx. 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm and weighs about 24 kg, with a black anodised aluminium frame, white rear glass, IP68 junction box, and MC4-compatible connectors. Standard cable lengths (typically 1100 mm in landscape) and 1,500 V DC system rating make it easy to integrate with mainstream mounting systems and commercial inverters.

Thermal behaviour is optimised for real-world yield, with NMOT around 42 °C and a low Pmax temperature coefficient of –0.29 %/°C, helping the module hold onto its power output in hotter conditions. Long-term performance is underpinned by a 30-year linear power warranty, limiting degradation to ≤1% in year one and ≤0.4% per year thereafter, with at least 87.4% of nameplate power still guaranteed at year 30.
