Do CCL Offer Trade Accounts?
Yes, we only offer trade accounts and trade credit accounts. For trade credit accounts you will be asked to fill out a credit application form and we will come back to you with our decision. Trade accounts are generally processed within 24 hours and your discount applied. Please click here to apply for a trade account.
Do CCL Design Systems?
We do not design systems however we will assist you with our technical knowledge to the best of our ability given the information provided. We cannot accept any liability for systems which have been installed.
My Order Has Arrived Damaged, What Do I Do?
You must sign for the delivery and mark the goods as damaged on the driver’s manifest, you are allowed up to 15 minutes to check goods over. If the item has been damaged and you have not marked the item as damaged, a claim cannot be processed and, in these circumstances, CCL cannot be held liable for the cost of replacement goods/services. You must inform us immediately of this by email or phone of any damaged goods.
What Guarantee Comes With My Order?
Our manufacturing partners offer a warranty for their products, we offer a pass-through warranty which they will deal with directly on most occasions. If you are unsure how warranty claims are to be handled or who to contact, then please contact your sales account manager.
I Have A Complaint, What Should I Do?
Please direct all complaints to admin@cclcomponents.com, we will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with promptly and a resolution will be made where applicable.
The Picture Is Different From What I Received?
Occasionally it is not possible to get exact pictures of the items we sell; it is also the case that some manufacturers will change the design without our knowledge. Our images are for illustration purposes only.
What Is Meant By Next Day Delivery?
Our next-day delivery service operates during the working week within the UK*. Goods despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday). If you have requested next day delivery and goods are out of stock, they will be shipped as soon as they come into stock on a next-day service. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact your account manager.
