DMEGC Solar 510W Infinity RT 108 Cut Bi-Facial Dual Glass N-type Mono Solar Module - Black Frame/White Backsheet
SKU: DM510G12RT-B54HBW
The DMEGC Solar 510W Infinity RT is a high-output N-type bifacial dual-glass solar module designed for strong performance in residential, commercial, and larger rooftop applications. The 510W variant delivers 22.7% module efficiency at STC, with bifacial technology allowing additional rear-side generation in suitable installation conditions. It combines durable dual-glass construction, a black frame with white backsheet, and a 25-year product warranty with a 30-year linear power warranty.
The DMEGC Solar 510W Infinity RT is built to deliver reliable high-power performance with the added benefit of bifacial energy gain. Using 108 N-type mono-crystalline half cells in a dual-glass design, the 510W version achieves 22.7% module efficiency, with STC electrical values of 14.84A maximum power current, 34.37V maximum power voltage, 15.78A short-circuit current, and 40.62V open-circuit voltage. Under BNPI conditions, the datasheet shows output rising to 564W.
The module uses 2 mm heat-strengthened glass on both the front and rear, has an IP68-rated junction box, and weighs 27.1 kg. Its dimensions are 1977 × 1134 × 30 mm, and it is supplied with 4 mm² output cables and MC4-EVO 2A or PV-ZH202B connector options depending on version. It is rated for 1500V DC systems, with a 30A overcurrent protection rating and a power sorting tolerance of 0 to +3%.
For durability, the panel is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, with mechanical test loads of 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back, and design loads of 3600 Pa front and 1600 Pa back. The datasheet also lists IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certification, along with extended-stress, ammonia corrosion, salt mist corrosion, LeTID, and dust and sand testing. Long-term performance is supported by DMEGC’s 30-year linear power warranty, with ≤1% first-year degradation and ≤0.4% annual degradation thereafter, reaching 87.4% retained output at year 30.
