The DMEGC Solar 515W Infinity RT is a high-efficiency N-type bifacial dual-glass solar module designed for residential and commercial installations. With 515W rated front-side output, 23.0% module efficiency, and bifacial technology for additional rear-side gain, it combines strong generation performance with durable dual-glass construction. The module features a black frame with white backsheet and is backed by a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty.

The DMEGC Solar 515W Infinity RT is built for projects that need high output, dependable durability, and the added performance benefits of bifacial technology. Using 108 N-type mono-crystalline half cells in a dual-glass design, the module delivers 515W at STC with a module efficiency of 23.0%. In suitable installation conditions, the bifacial rear side can further increase yield, with the datasheet showing 570W under BNPI conditions.
The panel measures 1977 × 1134 × 30 mm, weighs 27.1 kg, and uses 2 mm heat-strengthened glass on both the front and rear. It includes an IP68-rated junction box, 4 mm² output cables, and connector options listed as Stäubli EVO2 or Sunter PV-ZH202B. The module is rated for 1500V DC systems, with a 30A overcurrent protection rating and power output tolerance of 0 to +3%.
For durability, the module is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C and has mechanical load ratings of +5400 / -3600 Pa test load and +3600 / -2400 Pa design load. It is certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730, with a fire rating of IEC Class C. DMEGC also backs the module with a 30-year linear power warranty, stating ≤1% first-year degradation and ≤0.4% annual degradation thereafter, with 87.4% retained front-side output at year 30.
