Dyness Stack100 Extension Pack
SKU: Dyness-Stack100-Expansion-Pack
The Dyness Stack100 Extension Pack is a 5.12kWh LiFePO4 battery module for the Stack100 Pro high-voltage storage system. It is designed to expand system capacity in a modular, cable-free stacked format, making it suitable for residential and small commercial installations. Each module provides 4.864kWh usable energy, supports IP66 protection, and forms part of a scalable system that can grow from 15.36kWh to 76.8kWh per cluster, with up to 12 clusters in parallel.
The Dyness Stack100 Extension Pack is the expansion battery module for the Stack100 Pro energy storage platform, designed to increase storage capacity in a simple stacked configuration. Built with LiFePO4 (LFP) battery chemistry, each extension module delivers 5.12kWh nominal energy and 4.864kWh usable energy, helping installers build systems to suit a wide range of residential and light commercial requirements. The datasheet shows that each cluster can be configured with 3 to 15 modules, creating a system energy range of 15.36kWh to 76.8kWh per cluster.
The Stack100 Extension Pack is designed for fast, neat installation, using Dyness’ cable-free stacking approach. On page 1, Dyness highlights the platform’s suitability for residential and small commercial and industrial scenarios, along with plug-and-play installation, up to 12 clusters in parallel, and a maximum system capacity of 921kWh. The same page also highlights IP66 protection, 1C charge/discharge capability, and quiet operation through natural convection cooling.
From the specification table on page 2, the Stack100 Pro module has a nominal capacity of 100Ah, nominal voltage of 51.2V, and works within a cluster operating voltage range of 134.4V to 864V. It supports a recommended charge/discharge rate of 0.5C (50A) and a maximum charge/discharge rate of 1C (100A), with 95% depth of discharge and a stated cycle life of at least 8000 cycles under the listed test conditions. Communication is via CAN/RS485, and the system is shown as compatible with selected inverters from brands including Solis, GoodWe, Growatt, Deye, and Solinteg.
In the module section, the datasheet lists the extension module as SBDU100 Pro, with dimensions of 657 × 460 × 193 mm, a weight of 23.5kg, 100A maximum continuous current, and an IP66-rated enclosure.
