The LONGi LR7-54HVD-480M Hi-MO X10 is a premium 480W bifacial solar PV module aimed squarely at high-end residential projects where performance, aesthetics and longevity all matter. At 480W with 23.5% module efficiency, the LR7-54HVD-480M helps you reach target system sizes with fewer modules. That can reduce rail length, mounting hardware and DC wiring, simplifying your BoS and cutting install time – especially useful on complex UK and EU roofs where layout options are limited. The module uses 108 cells in a 6×18 layout and measures 1800 × 1134 × 30 mm, a compact format that works well on typical pitched roofs.

The dual-glass, glass-glass construction (2.0 mm + 1.6 mm semi-tempered glass) and black anodised aluminium frame give a robust, premium finish while protecting against moisture ingress and microcracking. With bifaciality of 70±5%, the rear side can contribute extra yield on reflective surfaces (light-coloured membranes, tiles, or ground-mounts), improving kWh/kWp compared with monofacial alternatives.

Mechanically, the LR7-54HVD-480M is designed for demanding sites: it offers 5400 Pa front and 2400 Pa rear static load ratings and passes a 25 mm hail test at 23 m/s, so you can confidently specify it on exposed coastal or high-snow locations. An IP68 junction box and butyl-rubber sealing strategy support long service life and fewer call-backs. 

Electrically, the module is rated for DC 1500 V systems, with a maximum series fuse rating of 30 A, giving you flexibility in string sizing with modern high-voltage inverters. A low Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C and NOCT of 45±2°C help maintain output in hot conditions, improving real-world performance on dark roofs and during summer peaks.

For long-term bankability, LONGi backs the Hi-MO X10 range with a 15-year product warranty on materials and processing and a 30-year linear power warranty with <1% first-year degradation and 0.35% per year from years 2–30, retaining 88.85% of rated power at year 30.
