LONGi Solar 620W Hi-Mo7 HPDC Bi-Facial Solar Module - Silver Frame

The LONGi Hi-MO 7 LR8-66HGD 620W is a high-output bifacial solar module designed for commercial and large-scale PV projects where energy yield and long-term reliability matter most. Using advanced HPDC cell technology and a 132 half-cell layout, it delivers strong module efficiency and stable performance in real-world conditions, with a favourable power temperature coefficient of -0.280%/°C to help protect generation in hotter weather.

Built for demanding sites, the module combines dual-glass (2.0 + 2.0mm) construction with a silver anodised aluminium alloy frame and an IP68 junction box. It’s rated for 5400Pa front-side loading and 2400Pa rear-side loading, plus 25mm hail impact resistance, supporting long service life in exposed installations. With 1500V DC system compatibility and a robust electrical profile (including 15.16A Imp at STC for the 620W variant), it’s well suited to modern string inverter designs and high-power arrays.

For bankability, LONGi backs the module with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty, with <1% first-year degradation and 0.40% per year thereafter (years 2–30).
