The Solis FlexHome 5kWh High Voltage Battery is a modular LiFePO4 battery system designed for residential energy storage applications. The Solis FlexHome 5kWh High Voltage Battery is designed as a building block within the Solis FlexHome stackable battery system, giving installers a flexible way to create higher-capacity residential storage solutions. Built with LiFePO4 battery technology, the system is designed for reliable long-term performance, strong safety credentials, and compatibility with selected Solis three-phase hybrid inverters listed in the datasheet. The range uses a high-voltage architecture, natural cooling, and CAN/RS485 communication.
According to the datasheet, the FlexHome system is configured using 3 to 8 battery modules, creating usable system sizes from 15kWh to 40kWh. That means the 5kWh battery module is intended to be used as part of a complete FlexHome battery stack rather than as a standalone single-battery product. The platform supports a recommended charge/discharge current of 50A, 100% depth of discharge, and a stated cycle life of over 6000 cycles / 10 years under the listed test conditions. It also includes a heating function for charging in low temperatures and is rated IP66 for strong environmental protection.
The FlexHome range is suitable for both floor-mounted and wall-mounted installation, with a recommended operating temperature of 10 to 45°C and support for up to 4 units in parallel. Compatible inverters listed on the datasheet include S6-EH3P(3-12)K-H, S6-EH3P(12-20)K-H, S6-EH3P(12-20)K-ND-H, and S6-EH3P(8-12)K-LV-ND-H.
One note: this datasheet is for the wider FlexHome 15–40kWh high-voltage system, so it does not show a standalone 5kWh configuration on its own. It supports the 5kWh figure as the per-module building block within the full stacked system.
