Delivering up to 450 W of output with a module efficiency of 22.5%, the TSM-NEG9RC.27 uses N-type i-TOPCon cell technology and high-density interconnection to get more power from the same roof area, while also improving performance at higher operating temperatures.

This version features a transparent dual-glass, black-framed design, giving a sleek, premium look that works well on modern roofs. The dual-glass construction also enhances durability, fire performance and resistance to harsh environments, with test loads of 5,400 Pa snow and 4,000 Pa wind.

As a bifacial module with bifaciality up to around 80–85%, it can harvest additional energy from reflected light on suitable surfaces, increasing annual yield compared to standard mono-facial modules. Combined with a maximum system voltage of 1500 V DC, it fits comfortably into contemporary string designs and C&I layouts.

Trina positions the Vertex S+ as a universal rooftop solution: the compact format (approx. 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm, ~21 kg) is compatible with mainstream mounting systems, optimisers and inverters, and is manageable for two-person handling on the roof.

For long-term bankability, the module carries an extended warranty package: up to 25 years product workmanship warranty and 30 years power warranty, with just 1% first-year degradation and a low 0.4% annual power loss thereafter, helping installers deliver strong lifetime performance guarantees to their customers.
