The Trinasolar 630W Vertex N is a high-output bifacial dual glass solar module built with N-type i-TOPCon monocrystalline cell technology. Designed for commercial and utility-scale PV systems, it delivers strong efficiency, low degradation and additional rear-side generation potential from its transparent bifacial construction. The Trinasolar 630W Vertex N Dual Glass N-type i-TOPCon Solar Module is engineered for high-performance commercial and large-scale solar installations. Using Trina’s Vertex N platform and advanced N-type i-TOPCon monocrystalline technology, the module delivers a rated output of 630W with a module efficiency of 23.3%, helping installers and developers achieve more power from available roof or ground-mount space.
Its bifacial dual glass design allows the module to generate energy from both the front and rear sides, with the datasheet noting power bifaciality of 80±5%. Depending on site conditions and rear-side reflectivity, this can provide additional energy gain from the back of the module, making it particularly well suited to ground-mounted systems, tracker applications and reflective installation environments.
Built for long-term reliability, the module features 2.0mm heat strengthened front and rear glass, a 30mm anodised aluminium alloy frame and an IP68-rated junction box. Trina also highlights resistance against salt mist, ammonia, sand, PID, LID and LeTID, supporting use in demanding outdoor environments. Half-cut cell technology helps reduce hot-spot risk, while non-destructive cutting and high-density packaging are designed to minimise micro-cracks.
For system designers, the low-voltage, high-string-power design supports efficient system layouts and can help reduce balance-of-system costs. The module is compatible with mainstream system components and is listed with connector options including TS4 Plus, TS4 and MC4 EVO2, subject to certification documentation. Electrical ratings for the 630W model include a maximum power voltage of 40.68V, maximum power current of 15.49A, open-circuit voltage of 48.90V and short-circuit current of 16.38A under STC.
The module measures 2382 × 1134 × 30mm and weighs 33.0kg. It is supplied with 132 cells and is rated for a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC with a 35A maximum series fuse rating. Trina backs the product with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year power guarantee, with first-year degradation stated at 1% and annual degradation of 0.4% thereafter.
