The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 is a 12/24V auto-select solar charge controller for charging batteries from PV arrays. It uses MPPT control to optimise power transfer from the array in grid-independent DC charging systems, with support for higher PV input voltage up to 100V.
Improves energy harvest by up to 30% versus PWM controllers and up to 10% versus slower MPPT units.
Advanced maximum power point detection locks to the optimum MPP to maintain harvest in changing light conditions.

Fully programmable charge algorithm with eight pre-programmed settings selectable by rotary switch.
Includes over-temperature protection and power derating, PV short-circuit, PV reverse polarity and PV reverse current protection.

PV voltage must exceed Vbat + 5V for start-up, then remain above Vbat + 1V. If more PV power is connected, the controller limits input power. A PV array with higher short-circuit current than specified may damage the controller. Operating temperature is -30 to +60°C, with full rated output up to 40°C.
Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%. Ultra-fast MPPT control can improve energy harvest by up to 30% versus PWM controllers in cloudy or changing light conditions.
